Wednesday, November 13th: (Optional) Join the Otto Scharmer Futuros Possíveis / Possible Futures full day workshop (access details HERE--in Portuguese). Please note the workshop requires a ticket purchase for participation. In the RSVP link below you can indicate your interest in attending as a group with Intergen. We will coordinate a dedicated table according to demand.
Thursday, November 14th: Intergen-led half-day program including collective sense-making, strategic networking session, and networking lunch.

Detailed Schedule
For those interested in Otto Scharmer's work on U Theory and beyond, we will attend together the full day workshop as described in the schedule below.
In case we gather a small delegation of interested people, we will coordinate a dedicated workshop group table (noted below at the 2pm program description item) to focus on an issue we will select together.
- 8:00am - Welcome coffee
- 9:00am - Opening, welcome, and Otto remarks
- 10:00 am - Connection among participants and leaders / practicing TU tools
- 1:00pm - Lunch
- 2:30 pm - Thematic tables: reflection, collaborative learning, and practical tools related to the U theory and methodology
- 4:30pm - Closing remarks by Otto
- 9:00am - Arrival & light breakfast
- 9:30am - Welcome and opening
- 10:15am - Community inquiry session, featuring Forrest Landry, a leading-edge philosopher, mathematician, writer, and community-builder
- 11:15am - Panel session, featuring local leaders in the philanthropic, family business, and investment space
