Privacy & Data
How we handle your information
What we collect, and why
When you register for a gathering, we ask for your name, your email and the answers you give on the sign-up form. We use this to run the gathering and to stay in touch with you about it.
Who handles it
Intergen’s team and Mediators Foundation, our fiscal sponsor, use your details to run the gathering. We do not sell them. A few services help us, including Zeffy for registration and payment, HubSpot for our contact records, and Zoom for the calls. Each has its own privacy policy.
The questions you bring
We keep the questions people bring, in their own words and with the date, but not who asked. We may share them with partners we work with, always without names. Questions may be quoted, never with a name, and you can ask that yours never be quoted at all. Our gathering notice explains how.
Recordings
If a gathering is recorded, the recording and transcript are used only to gather the room’s questions. They are not given to partners or to anyone outside Intergen, apart from the services that make them and help sort them. They are deleted 30 days after we send participants what we heard.
How long we keep things
Questions: permanently, without names. Recordings and transcripts: 30 days after the share-back. Registration details: until you ask us to remove them. Payment records: as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Write to us through our Contact page to see, correct or remove your details, change whether your words may be quoted, or stop our emails. We will confirm when it is done.
