Our Work: A Community in Action
Learning in Context & Connection
Our learning cycle opens with a community inquiry session, where short talks open a question and each person leaves with one that matters to them. The questions return to the community. Those who want to go deeper form a learning pod, supported by experts and trusted professionals, and write a piece together from their learning. The work continues in a shared CoLab space when the community decides there is enough energy.
For Individuals
Community
Everyone who comes to Intergen stewards something: family stewards, leading-edge thinkers and doers, and trusted advisors. This is the community you come to between courses, programs, training and events, where questions are hosted rather than answers sold. Bring the question you are carrying, find who else is carrying similar questions, and go deeper together in a learning pod.
For Organizations
Collaboration
Organizations can work with us in three ways. Co-host events online and in person, as an exchange in kind. Sponsor deeper learning when a question gathers energy that matches your interest, while the question stays the community's own. Or request a bespoke program shaped around your people and their core questions. Learning is shared only in aggregate, and introductions happen when participants ask.
For Donors
Patronage
Your gift helps a living community learn from its own questions. Patrons can now support learning pods and other learning initiatives sourced from the community itself: the questions people bring, explored together and written up by those who participate in our learning experiences. A gift carries no agenda. The questions stay the community's, and the learning returns to it.
